The side effects of Botox injection can be anything from drooping eyelids, swelling of the area, tightness of the skin, weakness of the muscles, bruises on the skin, headaches etc. These side effects and many others are usually felt in the area where the Botox is injected. But sometimes the side effects can spread to the other areas which can cause difficulty in speaking, swallowing or even breathing.
