Getting a home mortgage is easy, provided you understand what you are signing up for and how feasible it is. A typical loan quote is around three pages long and is divided into sections for easy understanding.
The first page consists of the name and the important terms of the loan, which includes the length of the loan, the loan amount, the interest rate, the payment, the closing costs, and the prepayment penalties or balloon payments.
